The pain rapidly cedes and Yael springs back to his feet, throwing everything he has into felling the boss alongside Kara before it can sink its fists into Hector. Yael succeeds with a shred of HP left, and with that, the boss crumples and fades away.
He casts a glare in Hector's direction before making a beeline for the final treasure room. Gee, everyone is in such a good mood this run.]
[ Phew. Hector's ready to leap out of the way for his life when the boss turns to look at him, but thankfully, Yael saves his "life."

He falls in step beside Kara and Fai, and it should be clear by now that despite the lack of joviality on his face and in his mannerisms now, he's not in all that bad of a mood. He just took this, surprisingly, very seriously. ]
I think whatever we find will be worth it.

[ Fai immediately looks at the paper too, hoping the ring doesn't reveal too much, which then causes it to change colors on him that lean towards anxious. Fun.
But it fades quickly enough once he sees the color on Hector's ring, his own edging back to neutral. ]

[Of course. It couldn't be as simple as running a dungeon and peacing out. Yael keeps his sigh hidden beneath his breath and stops in his tracks, only turning enough to throw a glance at Fai over his shoulder.]
