To be angry, yeah. Not too much or anything - and not often. Just - you know, it needs to go somewhere.

Here… well… [ he trails off, but his eyes don’t drop from yoshi’s. dark with affection, he hopes, and not something else like… the frustration he feels sometimes ] I’ll put it like this: I just think it’s okay to not be okay, even here.

And - you can love all of someone even when they’re not okay. Doesn’t mean they immediately have to be okay to prove themselves for that love.
