He didn’t ask you to train with him?

Oh, no. But it's all right, some things people just have to do on their own!

Did you train too?

Some things, but I find that it's always nicer with you there. Everything is brighter.

[ that... felt kind of weird, but hani can't pinpoint why. ]

No, not at all. Today was my first time trying PVP. Practice with me next time? I'll ask Mithrun-kun, Morgan-kun, too.

Why of course, I would train with you whenever you like!

[ He reaches for Hani's hair as he says it, playing idly with the strands that frame their face. ]

[ hani catches his compliment with a kiss and bring it to their heart; a smile, just a little wicked, is sent back his way. ]

We should get a floor length mirror. Did I put one in the guild house? I can’t remember…

[tylorific]

Oh. I don't think so. But that's a great idea!

[ Tylor's laugh is also a little wicked, but only for those that know what that playful tinge means.

But the tournament is nearing its end, Mithrun's victory secure, and Tylor asks like he didn't just get distracted watching the end of that last match, a subtle inhale.

To Hani, a bright and genuine smile-- ]

Say, are you hungry?

Then I want one. [ it’s decided. ] So I can show you how beautiful you are when you’re like that, too.

[ the nonchalance in which hani says it makes it seem like a comment on the weather. and then the match ends. they catch that inhale, being so close, simply thinking justy’s just dazzled by mithrun’s prowess. ]

To celebrate? Are we feeding our new champion?

Oh, don't worry, he --

[ But then the Hien stuff starts and Tylor blinks down at the commotion. ]

See? He's busy having fun with Mr. Hien. And I could really go for a burger right about now.

[tinged]

Ah.

[ burgers?? no celebration?

busy? surely, not anything that would take more than another dozen minutes or so. they can afford to wait, and usually justy would be all too eager to wait for mithrun. he’s happiest when he’s with mithrun and hani. they know this.

hani stays quiet, not quite frowning. his words, the way he had cheerfully sidestepped everything related to - ]

…You have my heart, Justy-kun. Remember that you can trust me with yours.

[ they tap his chest. ]

Huh?

[ It's soft, the moment Hani is too quiet. They might as well be frowning for how Tylor blinks at them. A glance to the commotion. To Mithrun1. And then back to Hani again. He doesn't look like he's figured it out for himself yet. His only blind spots, created by how brightly everything else shines.

There is genuine concern when he moves to pull Hani by their tapping hand into a hug right there, a gentle squeeze. ]

Of course, I can. [ But the rest after that is too light-- ] I'm just hungry. And if you don't want burgers, we can get something else.

[tinged]

[ the urge to burrow into him and rip out everything he’s not saying - no, hani melts into him instead. they hold his heart and as careless and tactless as they can be, they would never want him to bleed where others could see. even when he bleeds so prettily, even when every drop makes them love him more. ]

You can and you’re still learning to. [ hani hugs him tight, offering comfort he genuinely doesn’t think he needs. ] I love you and I want to eat what you want to eat.

[tylorific]

[ Tylor accepts the comfort anyway, pressing an I love you too into their hair; even as he bends his knees and worsens his slouch just long enough to slip his hands to the back of Hani's thighs. With a little bounce up to his full height, he'll try to hoist them up and carry them.

Time to go, with an almost-giggle, unless Hani protests. ]

Well then, I guess I'll just have to surprise you.
