[ Oh Sinclair, run, ruuun, but it'll be too late since Fandaniel only announces himself when he's already there and taking a seat right next to him. If he can, he'll throw an arm around his shoulders, all friendly and everything. It's terrible. ]

Have you been enjoying your matches thus far?

[ He brought this on himself by sitting up in the stands. He also fails to escape on time so you know what fandaniel you get to be buddy buddy with him.]

[ There is none. This arena is Fandaniel's world for the length of the tournament. Enjoy. ]

Mm...actually, I've been wondering. Why aren't you competing too?

Why? Wouldn't it be a little suspect if I signed up for my own tournament? What if I won it?

[ Ah, but he'll release Vogel's shoulders and give him a firm pat on the back. Pat, pat. But then he truly is free of Fandaniel's arm, so there's that. ]

I would have if I were needed to fill out the bracket but it turned out that it wasn't.

[Where is his stop sign when he needs it. But at least he is free. Phew]

T-There are a lot of people who like pvp...

[ And he smiiiles at Vogel. ]

Looks are quite deceiving, you know. When I first attacked you, I thought you were easy prey, but it turned out you were a wolf all along.

[ Eep. Eyeing that smile. why. And Fandaniel is... he wants to say he's wrong but]

... we're all the same level, aren't we? It'd be strange if you were able to target people that easily.

[ Fandaniel merely shrugs. ]

Not so strange when you take into account how many would rather run than stand and fight. You lose a lot of reaction time that way.

[ Because Vogel clearly desires the violence, surely. ]

In any case, keep up the good work! It would seem our little break between rounds is over.

[ And then he will find himself free of Fandaniel, entirely of the man's own volition. He hops back up to his feet and off he goes, back to where he's been commentating alongside Hien. ]

[Candeloro was his second opponent during the tournament--which, may have been kind of impressive depending on who you ask that she even got that far, considering that she is at this current time severely underleveled outside of this tournament without the level bump tournament participants are given here for an even field.

Sadly, it had not been enough to carry her through the second round, but she approaches Sinclair after in good spirits all the same as soon as she has the opportunity to do so.]

[There's a break of course, while the rest of the matches for the second round finish up. Sinclair flusters a little, smiling]

Um. Thank you. You were good too. [What does it feel like to be on the other side of sir? Weird] Um. You don't have to call me 'sir', though. I don't think I'm that much older...

Oh, well if you're sure, Vogel-san.

[She is unfortunately very insistently polite to everyone.]

How are you feeling about the tournament so far?

[Sinclair understands that, but...he's only 19...not a sir...]

It's been fun. I was surprised by how many people signed up. What about you?

I've been having a lot of fun myself! It's a little disappointing that I was only able to win the first round, but I'm also proud of myself for having gotten as far as I did. Especially since it seems like you and several other players have managed to acquire so many more levels than I have just yet.

[insinning]

You were great though, Candeloro. I only just managed to get ahead.

Oh, there's no need to be modest! You were a force to be reckoned with.

As such, I'll be sure to cheer you on for your next match, as the person who was able to best me.

[She glances towards wherever the current tournament bracket listings are located to double check.]

Admittedly, I don't know him very well, but he does look like he will be a formidable opponent. Have you ever fought with or against him before outside of this tournament?

Mmm...mostly I've fought with him in dungeons. He's pretty terrifying.

[Says Sinclair, with a PK count of three outside the arena but who is counting, really?]

[Thankfully(?), Mami is not a mind reader and therefore not privy to your war flashbacks there.]

I can't say that I would really want to fight him myself, at least not outside of a tournament setting like this one... then again, to be honest, I haven't really taken part in the PVP aspect of this game all that much to begin with until now.

[A very firm believer in the "don't attack someone until they try to attack me first" philosophy while gaming, this one.]

It can be a bit intimidating at first, but it's fun in the arena at least.
