Mm. Let's go. [Logging back out, this mission run can be considered a favour. But...as another thought]

You mentioned you had older brothers, right? Are you the youngest?

[ Did he mention them to Vogel before? His thoughts skip on the possibility of what the mirror had shown, but -- no, if it was Aimee, his brothers wouldn't have been there. ]

Michel is a moment later quitting the dungeon, because that freezes him up for a second. It's... a nice feeling. ]

...If you... no, nevermind. What keywords did you make before?

[ He remembers, but he's just changing the subject now. ]

[ He busies himself with creating a party and inputting the keywords, so he misses Michel's hesitation entirely]

"Coiling Eternity's Blue Cloud". I haven't seen this keyword before.

Neither have I. Perhaps it would be worth making another forum post to compare findings.

[ Michel blinks at the desert stretching out around them, making the smear of green of a forest in the distance look more than a little out of place. But it's not a volcano. ]

A few times. He likes to go more often than I do though.

[Ah. Peaceful green. No burn effects here!!]

Does he? He didn't seem to be very familiar with games.

[ Mithrun might make a good distraction for Sinclair as they make their way across the desert. And Michel does wonder about the man, conveniently enough. ]

[ Or rather: he's a little concerned just what counts as "too far" to Sinclair.

As they step into the woods they're greeted by more deadly presents, looking even more out of place here than a volcano. ]

...have you run a mission with him?

[ Smashing those deadly presents well out of here. He's getting a bit sick of these, but that's okay!! he wont set this area on fire at least]

Not yet. He was looking around the cathedral. Why?

[ And poking where the dangerous statue was, which should probably be enough of a clue.

Michel stabs a present to dispatch it briskly, one eye on Sinclair. At least it looks like the presents aren't going to set him off again... ]

[a pause as he tries to explain what has happened]

He used to get really reckless with testing the limits of everything. Even if it didn't suit his class.

[ONWARDS to the next part of the dungeon]

That's logical, for a beta...

[ It doesn't sound so concerning when Sinclair puts it like that? Michel pauses at the sound of approaching clanking before several Goblin Knights march through the underbrush towards them. ]

Yeah, but it's...mm.

[Cutting that thought off as Goblin Knights come marching in. Time to fight? Time to fight. There's a little more gratification in running a Goblin Knight through than a deadly present]

That can wait—

[ Time to fight! From the look on Michel's face, he preferred the presents. Blade Brandier shines more against solo opponents, and an entire pack of little goblins...

It's also somewhat disconcerting fighting more humanoid NPCs. He's trying not to think about it as he aims for two with an Ogre Sword, focusing on keeping Sinclair from getting surrounded. ]

[None of them are really equipped for crowd control!

But that's okay. Sinclair is a tank, and he's also a tiny bit vicious sometimes with how he fights. He uses a brandish to draw the aggro to help Michel pick off the stragglers and then focuses on normal attacks to pick off the goblins one by one]
