I'm here! Hope I'm not too late.
[ Annoyingly cheerful. ]

Master! Hello. Feeling yourself again? [ they greet fandaniel calmly with a little wave. then they look him up and down, tilting their face this way and that to have a good look at his complexion if it’s visible.
and if it’s not, they seem at least satisfied that his demeanor is less agitated than before. they nod at him. as someone who sometimes only feels human by osmosis, they’re always glad to at least be themselves. so if he’s back to normal, then they’re happy he’s back to being himself, too. ]

Are they guildies at this point Fandaniel? Because if so, his smile is even broader. To everyone ]
Hi there! Is everyone in a better mood today?
no subject
...oh god, he did show up.
[ Here comes Tylorific, even brighter and sunnier and more obnoxious than before, somehow out-obnoxiousing even Oriade, purely because, if one targets the cheery fellow and checks his info, they may realize one horrifying fact: Justy Ueki-Tylor is a member of Telophoroi. This brings only despair to Fandaniel and there's nothing he can do about it.
Now he just has to hope Oriade won't use up his favor for an equally stupid guild invite demand. Ugh. ]
Yes, yes, we're all in a better mood. Shall we?
[ But they are all here! Even if Fandaniel wants some here less than others! Which means he's opening up the gate's interface and plugging in the words:
Hidden. Forbidden. Dead Wood. ]
In any case, be on your guard. These words came to me anonymously. There's no telling what we'll find.

While this is a small area, there are a few things they can take a look at. The shore itself is a wonder with its stalactites and stalagmites decorating the small space, the lake draws the eyes with its crystalline beauty, and the tree in the center naturally steals the show.
What would they like to look at first? ]
no subject
[ It's haunting, sure, which tempers his sentiment only slightly as he trails off. Without waiting for anyone else, he's off to examine the shore by leaning up to get a good look at the stalactites and down for the stalagmites. ]
no subject
Oddly enough, there isn't. That might explain the silence in this cave, but it's strange nevertheless. ]
no subject
Can he have a souvenir? ]
no subject
The stalactite falls, but when it hits the ground it starts to disappear, data quite literally unravelling the detached cave formation as it floats into the air. ]
an eaten tag rises from the ether
Conversely, will the same thing happen if he kicks at a stalagmites? ]
no subject
As for kicking at the stalagmites, the same thing will happen to them. ]

[ hani goes straight for the lake.
a body of water they can dip their toes in maybe? and if they can, hani’s not stopping at just their toes. they’ll dive right in.
what was that about being careful? ]
no subject
[ What was that about touching things?? Also Oriade has finally decided on calling them Hani because they have so many names per last conversation. Oria is also going to the lake to chase after them. He doesn't dive in but tries to see what's going on before he does anything else. ]
no subject
Oria, on the other hand, will see that Hani is just below the surface. Everything seems to be fine, at least for now. ]

Should they stay underwater for much longer, Hani will start to feel a pull towards the endless bottom. ]
no subject
It's completely dark down here ww
Oriade-kun, do you see anything? I can feel a sort of pull wwww

Mm, yes, yes, touch anything strange and you'll find yourself out like a light. I recall.
[ But will he really heed the warning? Guess we'll find out! While the others split up to explore, Fandaniel sets his sights on the tree and moves out to try and cross to where it sits at the center. ]
no subject
Wouldn't want to fall in the water, right?
As he approaches the tree, he'll notice that the music grows ever so slightly louder. ]
no subject
That only makes him approach further, listening closely to see if it keeps getting louder the closer he draws, right until he's directly next to it. ]
no subject
The glow of the tree is just as soft and ethereal up close as it was far away, the trunk a white, pristine wood unmarred by time. The leaves, however, look especially unnatural. Rather than plant-like, the leaves almost look as if they're made of glass, reflecting the light from the hole in the top of the cave. ]
no subject
This is no statue.
It's just some plant.
So while he does struggle with the decision for all of ten seconds, he does, inevitably, reach up to try and pluck one of the glass-like leaves from the nearest branch. ]
no subject
However, the moment Fandaniel plucks the leaf from the tree branch, a tone rings loudly in his ears. Unlike the music, it's loud. So loud that it feels like it fills Fandaniel's entire head, to the point that he starts to feel a headache coming on. ]
