[Just talking about the real world is still weird to him. But hey, it's good to know that it really does exist.
He shakes his head when asked about the names. Doing so makes him feel awkward and a little glum, because he wants to remember, but...]
Yeah, but only because Hani told me about them. I can't, like...put a face to any of them.

[He goes a little morose at the confirmation, but at least it's not a surprise. Maybe... if they fought hard enough, they'd all earn their memories back. For now...]
I wish I wasn't so bad at drawing. I remember all of them again, so I wish I could show you.
Some of these are our brothers. Some of them are the guys from my football team. My coaches. And the little animals... that little bird is Hani, the wolf is Tylor, the rabbit is Morgan, and the lion is supposed to be me.

Huh... [He's surprised to hear some actually familiar names in there.] Did you know all of them before Fragment?
no subject
I knew you. And I knew Fai. He used to help me with math, over at the university.
[A careful pause.]
...I met Kara a long time ago, too.

Kara, though... That gets him to stop chewing on his brownie for a second. He looks down at Barrett with wide eyes.]
Y--?
[Oh, he should swallow first.]
You did?
[He never knew...]

Just a couple times, when I was still in high school. We both were... [A pause, very brief, as he searches for words.] ...We were looking for something important, I guess. But I never really got to know her, and never really learned if she found what she was looking for.
[What happened at the church wasn't his story to tell, though. He's said enough.]
All I know is that she's a lot happier now.

[He's going to itch with curiosity over what that something important was for a while, but he chooses not to pry. Maybe he'll hear about it from one or both of them sometime down the line.
Settling into a small smile, he finishes up the brownie.]
I'm glad, though. I love seeing her happy. And...I think I'm a lot happier because of her, too.

[He splits open another package of his own, handing Levi half of the Swiss Roll he just unwrapped.]
A lot has changed. But, even when you remembered everything and you guys were just friends... you still were a lot happier than I'd seen you in a long time. You brought her to the house. I got to meet her, and so did a couple of our brothers.
It was really nice to see you had someone that understood you. I liked seeing you smile like that.
