With a hand on his bare waist, it feels a little scandalous, in the fun way.

Michel freezing up is so cute, so he waits a few seconds, enough to ask: ]

[ Guess where his next target might be? A mystery! ]

[ Ganymede is such a terrible liar. At least Michel knows when he's up to his tricks, and just gives an exasperated little squeeze of his waist. ]

It's... [ help, he still hasn't really come up with a word. ] ...w-warm.

[ What if he doesn't wait for Ganymede to launch another attack? What if he just leans in to press a light kiss to Ganymede's cheek in return? Very safe and chaste. ]

[ Isn't he... ]

Because of the water? Me? Or both—

[ He gets attacked on the cheek, though, making him actually blink with a blush on his face from the heat as well as something else. Then Ganymede will lean forward to place a kiss on Michel's nose in retribution. ]

I've been here before. It isn't the water.

[ At least that he can answer with certainty, if a little wryly. It helps that Ganymede is blushing now, too.

He wrinkles his nose a tiny bit at the unprovoked attack, although not in displeasure. ]

Why is it always my nose...

[ Ganymede really likes that, for some reason. ]

Then it's me!

[ Ganymede states so proudly and then reaches out with both hands so he can rest them against Michel's cheeks. ]

Because it's one of the ways I enjoy sharing my affection with you.

[ And he gets the funniest reactions when he attacks his nose. Look at that nose wrinkle. He loves it, just like how he loves every single other part of Michel. ]

D-Don't just say it so bluntly!

[ Ganymede?! Michel is turning more red by the second, beneath Ganymede's palms covering the clearest evidence of it. Hopefully Ganymede is prepared to handle it if he faints into the water. ]

It's true, though.

[ It's small pieces of affection. What's wrong with showing that? And he's happier, being around Michel.

Looking at his slowly reddening face, he can't help but feel warm. He's not thinking straight, because his body is also rather heated thanks to the temperature. Here's another gentle kiss on the lips.

...sorry if he makes you faint, Michel!! ]

You have a genius for embarrassing me...

[ Well, Ganymede can go ahead and make him feel faint. As long as he doesn't mind Michel holding onto his waist just a little more for balance.

There's a little delay, Michel contemplating the fact that once more they're in a semi-public area. But then, anyone could already have seen their kisses on the beach. Hesitantly — a little dizzily — Michel leans in to kiss Ganymede once more in return. ]

[ Ganymede laughs a little at the comment.

As for the return kiss, he certainly doesn't mind, but well, this might mean he's leaning a bit more against him, settling into his lap a bit so he can continue the kiss.

It's soft, gentle, like the initial one he's given. But by this time, with them trading a few more kisses, there's a bit less fumbling. His hands rest neatly on the other male's shoulders, and he closes his eyes, simply letting the heat and the moment envelope himself a bit.

With hardly anyone around, he does admittedly feel also a bit more brave. But, well, trading kisses aren't so hard it seems. ]

[ He's expecting it slightly more than he was at the beach, so he doesn't startle for Ganymede's weight settling gently over his lap. Maybe it's that they both feel lighter in the water, or maybe it's that this kind of contact is beginning to feel the slightest bit natural to him. His hand slides slowly to the small of Ganymede's back, and he closes his eyes as he kisses back.

It's embarrassing that just this much can get his heart beating faster. Like he's a teenager. It's near enough, isn't it? This is all those deferred experiences at once, the giddy exploration and warmth of discovery. Until and unless he hears anyone else's footsteps, he has no reason to stop. ]

[ Rip in rest when they eventually hear the sound of someone's footsteps approaching...okay, no. They really do have the hot springs to themselves here, and just like this, Ganymede continues to catalogue in his head every little feeling that's running up through him. The gentle touch of Michel's hand as it rests against his back so easily. The warmth of the general temperature, and though he can't differentiate, he also takes care to consider the heat of the other male's body close to him.

His eyes open again, gazing what he can see of the other man, hands shifting slightly so that his fingers can lightly curl around those light-colored strands of hair hanging over those shoulders. He continues the kiss a bit longer, before pulling back, and moving to boldly sneak one against his neck, though after that he watches Michel for his reaction. ]

[ He doesn't have to watch hard, because Michel is very reactive. The startled flush spreads all over his face and halfway down his neck as he tilts his head up minutely, his breath hitching on a soft sound.

It's just a little kiss. It's not even anywhere particularly scandalous — but he thinks his heart is just about beating out of his chest now. Is this alright? Is he allowed to...? His fingertips slide slowly up Ganymede's spine before he pulls his hand back outright and settles it on Ganymede's chin instead. He strokes along the curve of Ganymede's jaw before he makes to tip Ganymede's head lightly upwards. ]

M-may I...?

[ Isn't he lucky? The beautiful flushed color spreading across Michel's face is evident straight away, and judging by the fact he doesn't fall back into the water or something indicates that he... likes it? The sound even moreso, which garners a quick uptick of the blond's heart rate, which feels like it's racing a mile a minute.

Those fingers sliding up bare skin carefully until they're now resting on his chin have him momentarily distracted, and even further when Michel moves to tip his head upwards a bit. ]

...Yes.

Whatever you want to do—I'm okay with it. You are too, right?

[ "Whatever" he wants to do. It's much too broad a word for Ganymede to use; Michel's thoughts are flooded, too urgently, with all of the desires he's never let himself really linger on. So many things he never thought would be possible that he's now felt. Kisses. Holding hands. Ganymede's cheek resting against his shoulder. And instead of being satisfied, he still wants more. ]

That's... t-that's a little...

[ But he won't let that keep him from taking the permission that Ganymede already granted and pressing one slow kiss to Ganymede's throat. Then another, savoring how soft the skin is beneath his lips. He traces a droplet of water, kisses lingering with just a little awe, until his nose bumps Ganymede's collarbone. ]

...You don't have to rush for my sake. It isn't equal. Your avatar is — is the same as your own body.

[ Ganymede would be giving up a privacy that Michel isn't quite offering in return, in other words. ]

[ An impossibility, Ganymede once assumed himself. Who would he have allowed to get that close to him? To touch him in such a manner. But, it isn't like he hadn't imagined—hadn't dreamed, sometimes. Yet when he thought someone might be angling for that in the past, he just ran away from the possibility—never returned any overtures made his way.

Until now. But, how was he to know Michel felt the same? Until he hears those words. Until this very moment. Now, it emboldens him a bit more. So that he feels no resistance, even if he's anxious, but not unreceptive. No, perhaps eager would be a good word too. A soft breath leaves him at the gentle kiss at his bare throat; definitely hardly scandalous, but precious all the same.

Feeling him so close makes his hands shift so they're closer, more upwards, but still threading through all that hair; just not with only hand, but with both at Michel's back, which he can reach easier with his head lowered. ]

You're saying your avatar isn't? Why does it matter?

[ He doesn't quite seem to understand the level of difference Michel is talking about here. ]

[ "Why does it matter," indeed. Michel lets out a little puff of breath against Ganymede's throat, not quite a sigh. It's so easy for Ganymede to dismiss it without thinking, but... ]

I could be anyone behind this avatar. A... a bald old man just looking to get someone with a beautiful young avatar to let me do something like this.

[ Only Michel could multitask internet safety with being incredibly talented at killing the mood. That doesn't stop him from pressing another brief kiss to Ganymede's collarbone as he settles his hands around his waist again. ]

If you're really alright with that, with it only mattering what I look like here...

[ He wants to hear those words. That this fake world is enough, and that this moment can be just about that safe level of remove. Then he can stop thinking about everything but the way Ganymede's hands feel touching him, sliding through his hair. ]

[ Given that the roll resulted in a critical 20, Ganymede is unaffected by Michel's ability to kill the mood.

Though, just for that he pulls back a bit, only so he can see the other male's face, look at him better...after the nice kiss to his neck again. Look he's good at timing things. ]

An old man sounds like an old man. I'm a lot of things but I'm not stupid.

You're a young man, with a sensual voice that has been making me wonder how else it could sound.

[ Ganymede has hardly flirted a day in his life (until he met Michel), but is he completely innocent? No, he is a young man with needs like most people. He hasn't gone off for casual encounters, but there are ways to reach satisfaction in absence of those, like certain kinds of books or such. He will try his best to say what he thinks might sound attractive. ]

What matters to me is that it's you. I want to kiss you like this, right now. I'm okay with whatever you look like—besides you told me that your hair and eye color are basically the same. Did you think I'd forget that? Unless you're telling me you're a liar...

[ Ganymede murmurs the last part more softly on purpose. Though bolder this time, he catches Michel's lips within his own, more passionately, while moving one hand to rest on the other male's still somewhat clothed chest (the open button down doesn't make it impossible for skin contact.) ]

[ Ganymede('s thirst) is powerful, enough to sweep right past Michel's awkwardness and all but catch him up in the tide of those words. Another flush blooms slowly over his face as he blinks across at Ganymede in disbelief.

He remembers that Ganymede has never flirted before. So this... This is just for him. Him, and his voice. And the newfound knowledge that Ganymede likes that as much as he apparently does sparks something in him. ]

...I've never lied to you.

[ He's evaded and outright refused to answer. But not lied. But any further refutations are cut off by that kiss, and Michel allows himself to melt into it, closing his eyes as he tightens his hold on Ganymede's waist to pull him closer. If it truly doesn't matter what he looks like, and Ganymede just wants him...

Ganymede can have all of him. And in turn, he wants as much of Ganymede as he's allowed. He slides his hands up Ganymede's back again, bare wet skin against bare wet skin, before slowly trailing his palms down to settle on Ganymede's hips. When the kiss breaks for breath he nuzzles against Ganymede's jaw and murmurs softly to him: ]

When you told me the sensation of my touch was welcome... that's how I feel with you. Always, with you.

[ A beautiful blush on those pale cheeks that the blond commits to memory, the thought feeling Ganymede with more warmth, and even further excitement despite the fact he categorizes the gaze directed at him as filled with a feeling of disbelief.

Maybe because he can't think of it as anything as kind of adorable.

But the answer that comes forth from Michel is also something he's expected. He never thought the man lied to him, and it also does the trick. Or maybe it's the kiss that has.

Feeling himself pulled closer, tighter, and touched even not too scandalously sparks more delight within him. The slight reprieve in the kiss has his breaths coming a bit faster. ]

I never doubted. Not with you. You're so good to me Michel...and I hope you can feel good in all of this too.

[ With his head positioned a bit lower, Ganymede presses a kiss against the top of the other male's head, even if it's against the other's hair, as his hands move to slide a bit up and down where Michel's sides are bare, underneath his open top. ]

[ Michel doesn't think he's done anything that would warrant being called "so good," but he stifles the urge to protest by pressing another kiss clumsy in its urgency to Ganymede's throat just over the beat of his pulse.

He feels overexcited as a teenager from just this much touching. But Ganymede's breaths are faster by his ear already, so it's hardly just him. ]

Is it really so simple to make you happy?

[ The part about him feeling good hardly warrants answering, when that's going to be too obvious very, very soon. He draws in a startled breath as Ganymede's palms brush down his sides, gentle and intimate. Did Ganymede really mean "whatever you want to do?"

A little surreptitiously, Michel's hands slide lower on Ganymede's waist. But he can't quite get the courage yet to feel him up as overtly as that, and after a moment's hesitation, he settles one hand on Ganymede's leg just above his knee. The gentle up and down motion of the caress slips his fingers just under the edge of the wrap of Ganymede's bathing suit, scandalous only to Michel personally. ]

[ If Ganymede had knowledge of how little Michel continued to think of himself, he'd insist on proving it on how many kisses he could give to him in the next moment to number how much good he has been to him.

... Is this based firmly in logic? No.

At least the both of them are already feeling keyed up from this amount of intimacy, which people might say barely scratches the surface of foreplay. But their opinions don't matter. ]

Is simplicity so bad?

[ Ganymede asks, gently. He likes things straightforward; clear, because that's honest. There's no murkiness, nothing like what Apollo and his henchmen tried to submerge him under. Though, he knows reality isn't always so simple. He understands that, but he asks anyway, because what's important is that it is how he is. The simple things are easy enough to make him happy, if he's with Michel.

The touch Michel gives after venturing timidly forward feels like definitely quite a pleasant leap, Ganymede unable to hold back a little laugh, because the touch feels startingly a bit tingly, even with the heated water surrounding them.

Feeling a bit more intrepid, he wants to get used to this feeling, and Michel, to the sensation of his own hands. So, the blond moves one hand from Michel's side, to where he can lightly brush across that chest, and down his stomach. It feels incredible...just to do something like this. ]

[ Is simplicity bad? At the heart of it, everything Michel has ever wanted was incredibly simple. To be seen as he is. To be met where he stands. It's so unexpected that elegant, proud Ganymede would have so few desires for pretense beneath his proper exterior. ]

No. Certainly, never that.

[ Ganymede's words are like a gentle spring breeze, sweeping away the last of his doubts. There's no reason it couldn't be as simple as he says. A simple exchange of emotions, a simple desire to make the other feel good. When Ganymede laughs, one corner of Michel's mouth twitches, even as he arches the tiniest bit into Ganymede's touch. ]

...Why are you laughing?

[ But he leans down before Ganymede will answer, trying to catch Ganymede's lips in another kiss. He grows a little more confident by the second, letting his whole palm settle on Ganymede's thigh as Ganymede's hands explore over his chest and down his stomach, drawing quiet little hitches of breath from him. ]

[ Ganymede likes to think that he's only been made complicated by his experiences, because before he was such a simple person, who knew little of hurt, or what it meant to distrust anyone, anything, or anyplace.

That's just how he was. Though, now he's certainly somewhere in between. Still, the answer forthcoming from the other is more than welcome.

The telltale lingering smile on the blond's face is all that Michel needs to see that he's happy to hear it. Watching the amusement his own incurs from the other is also well worth it, even as an answer is close on the tip of his tongue. Halted, when his lips are caught in Michel's.

But he has no protests forthwith or forthcoming. He only feels himself jubilantly melting into the kiss, as well as returning it, with as much passion as he can manage. He wonders also if...Michel needs the top still; it's just hanging from his shoulders, right? What if he lightly nudges off one shoulder? If it needs to be unbuttoned further to manage, he's feeling bold enough for that.

But surely, he must be feeling too heated wearing it, yes? ]

[ The very reasonable, very practical line of Ganymede's thinking isn't going to meet with any objection from logical Michel. He's dimly aware of the shirt slipping from his shoulder, although if Ganymede wants it all the way off, he'll have to get those bottom few buttons. Which shouldn't present much challenge to a man of his determination. Michel gives a little sigh of relief as it falls far enough to unequip itself — he is feeling overheated — and leans in to kiss Ganymede more insistently.

His first kisses had been clumsy and uncertain. And he still is... but Ganymede's boldness is catching. Michel tilts his head a little as he tries to change the angle, finally daring to just brush Ganymede's lower lip with his tongue. Is it too soon for that? He eases his hands back up to Ganymede's lower back, just steadying him a little. ]

[ Something about the convenience of undressing in a game doesn't slide Ganymede completely by, but with there being far more skin to cover, and Michel passionately enacting a continuance of the kiss? He sure is well beyond distracted, but his hands aren't. He begins his exploratory touch anew, fingers passing over defined or undefined lines on the other male's chest, dipping down to appreciate that stomach.

But, when he feels the other lightly brush at his lower lip with his tongue, Ganymede knows (thinks) he understands what Michel is searching for. At the same time he brings his fingers, with his light, appreciative touch back over to the top half of Michel's chest, he opens his mouth, to allow him entry should he wish to pursue it. For a moment his eyes even slide closed, breathing definitely faster, quiet sounds that might escape currently caught by the kiss. ]
