After some friendly chats, the trio decide to go out on a dungeon run together. Why? Simply because that that is the way the dominoes fell.

Their prize? A lovely scenery consisting of a frosty, snowy tundra that seems to encompass the surrounding area, though right in the middle of it is stone wall, of which there is an entry point into the actual heart of the dungeon...where there are monsters and treasure to be found!

[As his HP is practically deleted and a poison status is stacked on top, Leo falls onto one knee. Thankfully Hector's healing spell was enough to keep him from keeling over outright.]

Yeah, I'm fine! Just a bit woozy.

[He unsteadily gets to his feet hooves and readies his staff once more, drawing another flower symbol in the air.]

[The stunned Rock Head is blasted by a cavalcade of leaves.]

[ And it's finally ready. Hector casts Rip Teyn on Leo, curing him of his poison before it can tick down any more. At least he's on his feet.

While the rest of the party concentrates on taking down the enemies, Hector quickly casts LaRig Saem in quick succession, letting everyone's HP replenish for, hopefully, the rest of the fight. So long as no one takes any massive damage, that should keep them alive.

Sorry about your run, Ganymede. ]

[ Well, it certainly could have been worse... but what's life without a few challenges? Though, the Rock Head defeated by Leo's magic blast might not agree (because honestly its ass kept getting beat so it was a matter of time), and that sure is a lot of firepower damage dealt by Oria towards the remaining three enemies. It even takes out at least one of the Lamia Assassins, with two stubbornly hanging on.

After ascertaining that he probably doesn't need to jump in with a quick heal, he refocuses his attention back on the remaining monster crew. While also being momentarily glad for once he doesn't have to worry about accidentally running into someone's deadly armor because damn. ]

Come on everyone, we can finish this!

[ Those two Lamia Assassins still persist, but they're teetering on the lower half of their HPs now. To assist the rest of the way, the blond decides to throw in a wonderful debuff. A MiDek Vorv and MiDek Vorma shortly after; a rehash of one earlier tactic to ensure their magical as well as physical defenses are lowered, even as the two enemies try to aim to attack Oria and Leo each. ]

[ Oria loads up another Vak Doom to launch the exploding fire bullet at one of the Lamia Assassins. That should be the end of that! Bless these single-target heavy damage skills.

So there's only one left, but Leo should be able to get to that. ]

[A bolt rises up and strikes down the remaining Lamia Assassin, ending it then and there with little fanfare other than the spell shout.

With the area clear... Leo looks over to Oria]

Uh, any idea what happened there? I accidentally hit you with one of my spells and I just. lost all of my HP.

[He doesn't sound upset per se, just confused.]

[ They're dead! Yeehaw!

As usual, Hector helped. But he sees how heavy skill usage is taking a toll on all of their SP (even his), so he casts a LaRig Gaem to get it ticking up either before the next fight happens, or to reduce the wait time they need until it starts replenishing on its own. Better safe than sorry, considering how quickly these enemies are coming at them.

Anyway.

Leo directs a question to Oria, and Hector looks to Oria, too. Yeah, Oria. What happened there? ]

[ That certainly did happen indeed.

Ganymede just quietly folds his arms, leaving the explanation up to Oria. Not his armor even if the description can certainly be read, he thinks that was basically a kind of unpleasant surprise than either one of them could have foreseen.

Or perhaps known, minus the wearer, of course. ]

[ All these eyes are on him... well, he won't break down if anything, but Oria does look apologetic. ]

My armor has an effect that if something hits me, their HP will get reduced to 1 and poisoned. This always worked on monsters, so that's why I was fine with tanking.

[ He sighs. ]

I didn't think it would work on other players too, much less ones in the same party. So I'm sorry about that, Faunus. Hector, you can save your SP. Here...

[ Oria digs through his inventory and gets out game-recipe food for the three of them. These will restore their HP and SP! Feel free to pick whichever one from the professions list from levels 1 and 2! ]

[Leo jiggles the Phantasmal Pudding and immediately plops it in his mouth.]

Don't worry about it! I shouldn't have hit you in the first place anyway. You also know how to bribe me well.

[Chomp chomp chomp. Yes, he was speaking full sentences with pudding in his mouth.]

[ Ooh.

Hector plucks a serving of the Fairly Harmless Sausage from among his pickings and sticks it straight into his mouth. Tasty! ]

Got it. You probably should've told us ahead of time, but better late than never.

[ He wipes the back of his hand over his mouth and is about to pat Oria on the shoulder, but hesitates. Would that count as an act of aggression? He grins regardless.]

We'll just have to aim around you.

Ganymede's listening closely to all of this, but well... ]

At least no one got knocked out. I think we can be grateful about that.

[ Taking a piece of food, and deciding to pocket it. He'll use it in a bit, though, and he murmurs something like a 'thanks', before turning on his heel, beginning to move forward whenever everyone does.

Anyway, despite concerns about more potential battles, that's about all the enemies for now, given that was basically about three waves.

However, there's something awaiting for them at the end. A whisper desiring to give them a "blessing". Which is just an honesty effect, really. ]

Oh, it looks like we've reached the end. Though, I'm not feeling any different...

[ Oria is glad that's settled, but he looks at Hector for a second, wondering if he wanted to say something. When nothing comes, Oria moves on. ]

I don't feel anything different either. Is it some weird blessing about giving us nothing...?

[Aw, healing wasted. But at least the pudding tasted good! Nom nom.]

Or maybe the blessing is more subtle? I suppose we'll find out in due time either way.

Hector gives a knowing sigh and pinches the bridge of his nose. ]

Last time this happened, I told a random person I loved them. [ LMAO... ] And before that? I kept falling over.

[ He shrugs. ] I guess we'll find out what it is once we get back to town.

[ Ah well! His expression brightens again and he gives the group a wave. ]
