[Though Faunus is already on the way, Misteaks still gives a nod to both Swallow and Fandaniel as he marches to the front with little fanfare, momentarily in step with their healer and eyes cautiously towards the skies. Those fish had caused his party trouble last time....]

Keep an eye out. I can get Brandish going pretty fast if it will give you time to cast and cooldown.

I can handle crowd control if we need it, too.

[She's not far behind Steakboy, but definitely leaving enough room for him to engage any enemies before they have a chance to notice her.]

[ And while they trail along behind Misteaks towards the shrine, Fandaniel will cast a sidelong glance Swallow's way.

Pray tell, is there a reason you chose these keywords or were they merely randomized?

[Leo thinks back to the dungeon keywords and snorts.]

If they were chosen by her, I'd be a bit worried about what's going on in her head.

Nah, Swallow's fine. I'd be more worried for the imaginary in-laws.

[But more importantly... enemies. He can't tell what yet, but:]

Look sharp. There's a lot of them up in the air this time.

The start of the swarm is barely within aggro yet, but Misteaks still braces with a flick of his screen to Brandish, painting an invisible target on him for a little while. There's a visible flinch and grimace as he does so as one of his hands brushes the runes of his armor, but he's trying to shake it off with a jostle of his head and a white-knuckled grip against his lance. Time to go tank it up and get into that shrine.]

Ya got me. I'm secretly hoping my non-existent in-laws drop dead so I'm trying to manifest it through video games.

Obviously it's random, dummy.

[C'mon. But when she sees the enemy...ies? approach, she clicks her tongue in disdain.]

Great, a real pain in the ass to kick things off. Spellcasters, this one's yours! And Steakboy - duck!

[Because she's going to proceed to try to use him as a launch pad to jump up and swipe at those descending bees.]

[ Oh, Swallow, don't call him a dummy, because now he's going to simply lace his fingers behind his head and stop to watch as she goes for the launch off of their tank. He does that instead of getting his tome out and calling up any kind of offensive spell. ]

All ours? I don't know. You seem to have this handled yourself!

[Leo side-eyes Fandaniel. Seriously? Whatever.]

On it!

[He swings his staff in a line, conjuring several rocks in the air in front of him, then points upward in the sky.]

MeGam Rom!

[The rocks fly out toward the enemies further out, giving Swallow a chance to still hit the one she's jumping toward.]

[With Brandish still active, Misteaks stays put and obediently ducks down rather than asking further, letting the pressure of Swallow's foot bounce off his shoulder. As she goes flying along with the rocks from Leo, the Lord Partizan grips at his gilded spear to messily yank one of the stragglers towards the ground, clanging the pearly white metal against the gauntlets of this armor as he intentionally moves forward and starts circling away from Leo and Fandaniel, eyeing the latter with a very tense, dry look.]

If you're not going to take an opening, you don't have to be so smug about it.

[Don't mind him as he gets a bee straight to the face for making that quip, though (4 roll). Ow. At least he has plenty of HP.]

Seriously? Should've known your ego was super fragile.

[The does manage to take a nice swipe at the bees, landing with a surprising grace and twisting around to continue slashing at the swarms with wide, arcing blows. Trying to cut down as many in one shot as she can.

Oh? So you don't have it handled after all?

[ Fandaniel simply lets the comments roll off of him without acknowledgment. He knows he's being a petty bitch. Whatever. He won't linger that way the entire time, however, since he doesn't care to be carried, either. With a sigh of such great effort, he opens his tome and targets what's left of the swarm. ]

BiJuk Rom.

[ He simply says the spell, but it does the job. An area effect spell, thankfully, that whips up a wild wind of razor-sharp leaves to cut several Bee Commandos to pieces. ]

[With the bees seemingly dealt with, Faunus shuffles up to Misteaks and lays a hand upon him while uttering a spell, not knowing that the seemingly benign action he's doing will cause a strange effect to occur to him.]

[Misteaks is healed, but not without consequence to Faunus.]

[Faunus's eyes glaze over for several seconds as he stands there, hand on Misteaks's shoulder. Once the trance finally ends, a dizziness overtakes him as he hits the ground.]

Ow!

[No actual damage caused... just a painful vibration across his tailbone as he fell ass first.]

I'm fine, I'm fine! Just, uh. I might need to talk to you after this, Misteaks.

...O-oi, Faunus!!

[WHAT JUST HAPPENED-- Well at least his HP is full now so he can brute force what remains of the side stragglers closest to Leo. protecc healer

His hand is held out to help him up, their dedicated fire monsters quickly crawling in from the distance.]

Come on. Up you go. I don't know what you gotta talk about right this second but it can wait.

[Ummmm what.]

Hey! All good over there?

[Giving her scythe a twirl, readying herself for the next wave of attacks.]

[ If only Fandaniel's first instinct is to rush to help Faunus up when he plops flat on his ass. ]

Mm, I believe so, though I suspect our healer to be... what? Drunk? Stumbling about and falling like that? Goodness, I hope we can trust you to keep going, Faunus.

[Faunus rolls his eyes at Fandaniel.]

I already said I'm fine.

[Staring at Misteaks's hand, he gulps. Is that thing gonna happen again?? If it does, at least he's prepared for it now... So he accepts the hand and stands up, closing his eyes in an attempt to keep his balance...

...Thankfully this time he manages to stay upright. Gripping his staff tightly, he watches to see where Misteaks and Swallow position themselves in the upcoming fight. No need to cause friendly fire after all.]
