[ It has been several months since the incident. Recovering from your body being in disuse for around two months must have been hefty, as well as your other commitments as well. Hopefully, everyone has recovered to an extent, because no matter where you are, the living players will receive the following in their mailbox: an invitation to a reunion party at a location near the beach between the ex-beta testers of Fragment, a bank card, and a 4-digit pin to said card from "Oriade". The invitation card will mention the following:

- A very convenient location nearby you with access to a small, private plane. For security purposes, you'll be told to list your in-game name, real name, and class before boarding.

- The bank card contains $10,000 as some sort of "compensation" for everything that happened because of the Fragment incident. He knows it can't replace everything (like lost lives), but he hopes this will help some people (because some people live paycheck to paycheck and he understands that). Access will be revoked in a month, so you better withdraw it all while you still can. Any unused funds will be returned. The bank will not question you withdrawing all the money from that account nor exchanging it all with foreign currency. (But-- no buts)

- The servers have been located and he knows how much you guys want to destroy these, so the server bash (literally) will happen some time during the party.

Being rich has its benefits, surely. When the plane lands with their luggage and all (if you brought any. please bring some), they'll be taken to a house that doesn't seem like much, but once they walk inside, it is actually very big! There are numerous rooms inside the house. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of with some dude(?) preparing all the food (he's the chef. don't worry about him). There is sure to be loads of different kinds of food that can cater to everyone's tastes. Yes, there is alcohol. Get some free rich ass liquor. No, you cannot smuggle any. That dude(?) will be keeping tabs. Sometimes there's a maid or two(? or is that the same one) running around and cleaning up after everyone. If you want something, go get it yourself. Self-service only.

There's a walkway in the backyard that's also wheelchair-accessible that leads to the beach! Enjoy that too.

But for the main attraction, the server burning. ]

Is that so? I was so looking forward to finally seeing him.

[Owen looks up at him, relieved that, yes, this is Amon. This is the man he wants to be with.]

Hmm, I'm not sure yet. What do you think, Cerberus?

[He holds the little yorkie out towards Amon, the dog seemingly content with Owen lifting him.]

[ Oh, he has to pass the dog test now. Amon looks down at Cerberus, Cerberus looks up at Amon, and after a few seconds of them staring at one another, he reaches out to offer the yorkie a hand to sniff. ]

[Cerberus sniffs the presented hand curiously, while Owen’s smirk grows. After a moment, Cerberus starts to wiggle and bark, so Owen sets him down lest he gets hurt by being accidentally dropped for being too wiggly. Amon rolled a 16 for affection, though, and now that Cerberus is on ground level this means he can start pawing at Amon.

Owen covers his mouth.]

Ah, I wonder if this means he likes you?

[All his worrying was pointless! Owen was right.]

Either that or someone has slipped dog treats into my pockets. Hmm, let me...

[ Amon puts on a show of turning out his pockets. Aha! There's nothing, nothing at all, which means! He's going to crouch down and offer Cerberus some pets. Patpatpatpat, hello, little doggy. ]

I guess so. One dog down, two to go.

[Well, he does get points for not trying to bribe his dogs, even if that would have been a smart thing to do.

Cerberus accepts the pets, yipping happily. He's doing a full-body waggle, too much energy in his tiny little body.]

Well, Cerberus is the most judgmental of the three.

[Enough about the dogs, though. Owen shifts, crossing his legs and leaning towards Amon.]

You've forgotten something very important, though, if you really want to pass this trial.

[ For a moment, with Cerberus joyfully wiggling around his feet, the temptation to pick the yorkie up and shove a drooly, highly licky dog face in Owen's own and declare him well-kissed is great. It would technically be a kiss! Just... not from him!

Ah, but he's also been waiting for this moment for months now, hasn't he? It would be a shame to ruin it with dog slobber.

Thus, Owen will get what he wants. A smile spreads wider across Amon's face and he dips back down from his spot just over the back of the chair to catch Owen's lips in a kiss. ]

[If Amon had put Cerberus in his face, it would have been game over. (Not really, but Owen would have been very huffy about it.)

The kiss means Evil Twink (elder) is appeased, though, and Owen is smiling stupidly up at him. There's no point in keeping his walls up around Amon, so he gets to see a side of Owen not many ever will.]

Well, I'll take that to mean you do still love me, Amon.

[Cerberus yips, not sure what's going on but he's just happy to be here.]

More than a fully funded cloning facility, Owen.

[ Which, as nerdy as that is, has got to be the pinnacle of love from this, well, huge nerd. Is it poetic? Fuck no, but it's the truth. Anyway, move over, scarecrow darling, Amon is rounding the seat to plop down right next to him... and if there's no room, yes there is, because he does have a lap, doesn't he? ]

I was worried I would have to wait until I could travel to California to see you again...

That much? Why, I'd think you were trying to propose to me again if you're going to make claims like that.

[Good thing he knows not to expect poetry from Amon and he thinks the intense nerdiness is charming - and it gives him the opportunity to bully him over embarrassing things that happened in Fragment.

He'll also gladly play the role of a chair, looping his arms around Amon.]

So was I, and the wait and uncertainty was agonizing.

[It's been half a year since he was last able to touch Amon, so he might be stuck with Owen holding him in place for a while.]

Will the cash from that kid make the move easier?

It will. A hefty bank account makes immigration that much simpler.

[ A job would, too, but he's working on that part. He'll settle in comfortably on Owen's lap and lean against him as he does. Hey, if Owen wants him to be here for a while, he isn't about to argue. ]

Anything new since we last spoke?

[Thank you for accepting your fate.]

Might have gotten talking into going back to England in a few months to visit, with you being invited along.

[He might have put off talking to his family(?) for as long as possible, mostly because he knows White and his brother are the sort of people to make a big deal out of things that Owen would rather not get much attention. Like his relationships.]

England? Hmm.

[ That means Owne's family, so... ]

I suppose it would be inevitable even if I declined. The question will be timing. If we go before my move, I'll have all the free time in the world but I would be coming in from Tokyo. If after, it would depend upon where I end up working.

[He huffs, but he does have a point. It's likely impossible they could have a future together without Owen's family (if you could call them that) showing up, someway somehow, to hassle Amon and see what the man is like.

(At least Owen isn't terribly worried about needing anyone's approval for who he chooses to spend his life with, but a (very, very small) part of him does worry Amon will meet the Whites and get scared off...)]

Mm... The timing, I think, would depend on what you want. Besides, I could always go ahead and have a day or two to do damage control and stop things from being terribly embarrassing at the airport, regardless of where you're flying from. Unless, of course, you want company while traveling more than you want to avoid theatrics.

[ Now that must be a very interesting family if Owen describes meeting them that way. A sly smile creeps across his face and he reaches up to give Owen a gentle flick on the air with a finger. ]

Darling, please. I love theatrics. That decides it, then. We'll go together instead of meeting up.

[Amon... betray him? He betray the Owen and wants to embarrass him? Owen pouts at him, but he can't actually be mad.]

Ugh, fine, but don't blame me if you're the one getting humiliated.

[ Amon has put up with so much bullshit for the majority of his life, how worse can Owen's family even be? ]
