11/05 — ΣHeartless Snaring Cathedral...?

Who: █████ & visitors
What: scheming
Where: Δ Hidden Forbidden Holy Ground (Hulle Granz Cathedral)
When: Sunday, 11/05
Warnings: to be added
[ Despite the ominous aura, the haunted tower has seen no shortage of visitors recently. But for those who gate in today the air itself is different. The skies are black, and the mist that had blanketed only the top of the tower now pours out across the plains, shrouding the ruined city from sight.
Anyone who goes looking for the master of the tower will find that the room he occupied before now holds only a single door, standing unsupported in the middle of the room. It beckons, tugging with a terrible compulsion — you know whatever sight awaits you is one you'll later wish you could forget, and yet... you look. But the door opens only onto the bridge leading to Hulle Granz Cathedral, where the first quiet strains of choral music through the open doors guides you on. ]
((Note: Characters are welcome to receive the location from any other player and gate directly to Δ Hidden Forbidden Holy Ground. Allowing those who found his tower inaccessible to come join, too, is cruelty.))

[ He's even larger. It would be simple, if Ganymede weren't so annoyingly difficult to catch. ]

[ Aw...Michel. He's touched. ]

[ That expression makes him itch. He is not going to use a round action on this (the future refused to change,) but he rolls a shoulder to try to jostle Ganymede sharply.
He did see that he was injured. ]

Are you sure that's what you're doing?
[ By the way, even from this height, would he be able to notice anything strange about the doors? Like a certain one has less mist than the others/less candles nearby? ]
no subject
If you are so desperate for me to prove it, I will grant your wish.
[ One spectral arm begins to lift towards Ganymede, but the fingers fail to close around him (5). ...It's difficult to aim, so close to himself.
The doors all look different from each other, but none seems more strange than another. Though eagle-eyed Ganymede might spot his own, if he looks long enough. ]

Ganymede sees other people gathering but if everyone gathers all at once in such an obvious manner, he'd likely notice. ]
Now you're assuming what kind of wishes I'm making?
[ ...Also, how many doors happen to surround Ganymede's own door? ]
no subject
The doors are scattered randomly! Assuming a slightly even distribution, plus nap doors... probably about 3-5 doors nearby? ]
You either wish to die, or you are simply stupid. The data is inconclusive.
[ He's not sulking because he keeps missing rolls. He'll have his moment. ]
no subject
But, hmm. Okay. ]
Wow, I don't think I've heard you say anything like that before.
I'm going to consider this an accomplishment.
[ Yeah, he'll probably manage it, eventually... maybe. ]
no subject
[ He can be rude in all kinds of new ways! And with an unfortunate touch of Michel's surly childishness, ]
It is not an accomplishment.
no subject
[ Sticking his tongue out.
They can both be childish, it's fine. Who is going to notice in a battle of life or death? ]
