Cubia is Zelkova's brother, and he was abandoned by the founder of CCCorp. CCCorp wants to digitise our minds. It would fit in with what Emma Wielant was supposedly interested in, since she's an environmentalist and interested in anthroposophy. He cursed Hien, Makoto and Mithrun, warped Nanashi's memories and took other things from people, whether they're aware of it or not. Hien hasn't been able to contact CCCorp for a long time. No one can access Dismal Waning Descent without Cubia's permission.
Was there anything else I missed at the meeting? There are other things I found out from other people later.

I haven't confirmed this yet, but I think he has Makoto under something through that wave mark under his eyepatch. You wouldn't put that on yourself in a hidden space, so someone must have it there. [He frowns, twiddling with his thumbs]
