[ Albedo arrives a little after Mithrun. His eyes fall first upon the report, revealing...

...that the truth of this world hasn't been refuted. His position remains the same. ]

I appreciate your assistance in providing a comprehensive report, Mithrun.

See to it that you rest as soon as possible. It appears we will have another difficult fight lying ahead of us.

[ He means Hien in particular; that skillset is formidable. His eyes continue to evaluate the information laid out before them, however. ]

( He'll rest when he's dead. Or when he visits Barrett, he guesses. )

Mm. Skeith... There's really no reason he shouldn't use the full extent of his admin powers to execute each player in his arena.

( The rest of the Phases mostly play by the rules of the game, but a boss that doesn't have to is a bit of a riddle. )

But... each Phase has suffered from the flaws similar to what they had before adopting their Phase persona. That may still be the key against him.

[ Mithrun...a brow raises when the other glosses over the statement he just made, but it lowers back into its previous position just the same.

Surely he can get himself well enough before another fight just fine. ]

There really isn't, no.

[ Even though Mithrun states this, what kinds of flaws will Hien still suffer? He must be in tatters after the loss of his one and only. But, there is a pause. Then, Albedo begins to talk, and I mean talk. ]

Skeith's parameters are to record 'human emotions and reactions to death.' Even if it did not carry over a flaw that might make it hold back while in possession of its vessel, Hien, I believe that simply 'utilizing the full extent of admin powers in executing every player at the arena' would be on hold due to that. I believe that it may, perhaps...seek to drag out the battle in the most painful way, in order to properly gather its own data in battle.

Thereupon doing so, we may yet see those 'flaws'. Perhaps very well in that modus operandi—for example, Hien did inform us that Skeith will become frustrated if a 'sample' does not provide useful data in that regard or show as much emotion in general, much less in reaction to death. Vogel has further suggested that, potentially, if someone held such qualities, it may hamper Skeith's battle performance, citing observations from Gorre's battle as a source.

In addition, if we consider Hien's original position, he was a Harvest Cleric, representing originally the very opposite of the purpose of an avatar of death. I have no idea how this may also factor into as a 'flaw' or assist us in all of this, but I also feel it might be important. Beyond potentially being on the lookout for him utilizing healing, if his indication towards violence does briefly shift towards self-preservation.

Though, as I understand it, it also isn't or wasn't exactly Hien's way to make use of that very much, I do want to indicate it as a possibility, as a precaution.
