Why? Well, it's been a rough month, let us say. To say the least of the exact past few days.

And to have a heart-to-heart free-for-all dear cousin-to-cousin conversation while trying to enjoy their surroundings a bit might be what they need.

When the other arrives, he waves him down. Then, he will go in for a hug too. ]

I'm glad you dropped in. How's...everything?

Should I not be the one asking you that, Ganymede?

[ not gani-kun, not at the moment. the time for whimsical affection needs to wait, though they know time waits for no one. ]

[ ...Hani has a point.

He can't avoid and act like he hasn't been carrying a burden, like before. He knows that much; even with his life being erased and smoothed from the real world, traces lingering from only a feeling of obstinance (desperation), written in various disorganized pieces.

Small hints cast away the network and the conversations he's shared here...this remains an irrefutable fact. ]

It's reminding me how hard it is to stay strong. But, my question still stands for you too.

The people with us are there every step of the way. But, it's also frustrating, seeing them suffer too. Seeing that creature take away every part of them, and turn it against us. And then scooping up what's left of us, whenever it can.

Not… entirely against their will, I think. But I do not believe they realized just how much of them would be lost and just what parts would be ripped out in the process.

Do you believe Michel would have voiced any of this otherwise? Would we ever have known?

Michel never wanted this. I know he wouldn't have.

[ Ganymede says that with a full certainty. Michel would have wanted his agency until the end, instead of being temporarily subsumed by an influence alien to them all.

As for Uta... he doesn't know. But he can't just abandon her. But they are talking about Michel now, mostly. ]

I'm not sure if Uta understood, how much of herself would be lost in the process by following Lily, but all the same...

Everyone has things in their heart that they never want to let see the light of day. But it doesn't mean if they don't or do bring these things to light that they desire to be consumed by them.

Of course. Michel would have wanted full agency until the end. But Lily only knows how to consume and be consumed.

I don't even know where to BEGIN.

...But, one of the things I'd say is that he better explain himself. I can guess why he did what he did, hiding things for so long, but it'd be nice hearing him give his reasoning too.

Also...I don't know, but I also know. Like he better not let himself out of my sight again, and that I want apologies. And other things too.
