[ Those words sink further into his heart, like a knife, make him feel even more livid with each passing moment. But this anger is a different kind than the one that burns white hot for Lily who dared to take all that he loves from him. First, to commit that unspeakable act by stealing Hani's name, then Uta (he quickly IM'd her and that was why he was late to the Michel show), and now Michel himself.

This one is like one that burns slowly, still hot, and like his feet are constantly raked over hot coals once it goes out.

He jerks his hand back, strands caught in his hand as the other pulls back. ]

I know better than anyone else here that Michel loathed losing not because he was weak, but because he couldn't stand to give up or give in. Life had treated him so wrong, but in his heart, he still sought out what he could from it.

If that isn't strength or courage, I don't know what is.

[ Ganymede looks at Michel without a piece of fear in his heart and no desire to concede. Just like Michel himself said, he had no desire to do so. ]
