Still, the reunion for dungeon-running is anything but a less than happy one, no? ]

Well, that's because it's a dungeon family reunion! Not every family gets to enjoy those.

[ This is his first time having cousins that like him. If he were a dog, his tail would be wagging. Easily visible once he nearly skips happily ahead to take the lead. Only after he plants a kiss to Hani's cheek, a promise to protect them, no matter what.

With a glance back to Michel and Hani when Hani speaks, Tylor smiles and adds while briefly walking backwards-- ]

Oh I agree. We should have family dinners all the time now. You're the best cousin-in-laws I've ever had. [ All genuine. ] Handsome and beautiful too, who could ask for better company?

...Hardly sparing with your praise as usual, but I'm not going to say it's terrible. Besides, I'd say the same—that I'm in good company.

Though, we should also look alive.

[ Ganymede is already dancing once the enemies are within fight-o range. Guess who's getting a boost in defenses and attack strengths—both magical and physical, yo because I ain't listing the chain of spells here. ]

[ The real reason Michel can never change his hairstyle: it gives him something to hide behind. He walks a little faster, although not fast enough to quite escape Hani's sparkling look. The curtain of his hair obscures the blush on his cheeks like a timely winter snowdrift. ]

I suppose... family dinners wouldn't be terrible. [ His tone has the exhaustion of someone grudgingly choosing their favorite natural disaster. ] It wastes less food as well, since the cooking profession feeds too many.

[ And Michel absolutely shouldn't be left to cook not using that. Anyway now that Ganymede is thoughtfully buffing all of them (even mages!!) Michel is moving in. He can leave behind his awkwardness when he's just focusing on the flow of battle. Blade Brandier specializes in single targets to begin with; he'll focus on combo after combo to bring down each enemy as fast as possible, but if anything looks to be turning its beady evil ribbons towards Justy, he shifts targets to that one. ]

And now it’ll feed just enough!

[ one deadly present does try going for their tank, but hani sends a spell of encircling leaves to impede its way. ]

I want to eat what Winter-kun-in-law had growing up.

I'm real glad you all like the idea. Families really should enjoy plenty of time together, after all.

[ Bright eyes to Hani, sounding just as interested-- ] But oh, me too!

[ Tylor nods his agreement to Hani, nearly tripping before he spins back around to face the upcoming monsters. Without turning back to face him, Tylor makes a dramatic salute and calls out-- ]

You got it, shotcaller-in-law~! Thank you for all the buffs!

[ He all but leaps into the action with a happy laugh. Brandish, brandish, brandish, there is a clear difference between him day one and now. Not that there is any change in effort. But his body knows the moves now, almost on its, as he fluidly avoids ribbons. When a side step has him facing Hani briefly, they get a wink for that help if they're looking. ]

[ Can his hair style hide him forever, though?

Ganymede can take notice of Michel's slight quicker approach but he's a little too occupied to be watching for any more hints of embarrassment.

Seeing that Hani's helped to deter one enemy, Ganymede's already dancing again. ]

I'll gladly have more of what Michel liked to eat when he was super small.

[ Is he teasing a little? Yes. But also there goes a charming dance, getting one of the presents to attack another. ]

[ Doing a dungeon with this particular group was a mistake, he can tell already. Not the teamwork, or the competence... but the distraction of all of them teasing him at once. Calling him family effortlessly. ]

I-I already told you, I can't remember that! And I couldn't cook it if I did, anyway...

[ Just for putting him on the spot, he should make snails for them. But with his luck, none of them would be American enough to be dismayed about it. Michel shoots Ganymede a slightly pouting glance (that doesn't quite fail to linger in appreciation on the dance for a moment) before turning to double team the last unoccupied present with Tylor. ]

That’s okay because Justy-kun can cook anything!

[ as winter watches their cousin (as he should be), hani watches justy (as they should be), in case he needs assistance, enjoying how he has come into his own as their tank.

he laughs and gladly carries part of the weight of all things for anyone, everyone; hani wonders if anyone ever realizes just how kind their justy is. that what he’s taking on for others isn’t limited to the damage in dungeons. ]
