The everpresent afternoon sunset hangs, echoing picturesque across the glass windows apparent at each spot within the large building. In a large room full of tables and what not are heaps of various cuisine settled here or there. Seafood, pastas, drinks, the like; Mediterranean style so if nobody likes that...gomen.

Ganymede has made it clear that he prefers people to be here in order to get themselves together. Sorted, somehow. They're all acting with a sort of independence he seems disinterested in disturbing, but he wants the prospect of potential solutions to be floated along.

If someone has new information they can share, well, it is encouraged. If not, he hopes that they will at least participate in some way.

It now begins.

I like myself. ...But based on all those forum comments, there's a lot of awful things I can't remember at all.

I talked about having no friends, getting bullied, becoming a shut-in... but I don't remember any of it. I made all kinds of friends at school, even if I drifted from group to group, and even if everyone drifted apart later on.

...They were all kind to me, too. But none of that matches what I said on the forum, or what Updeto heard me say before.

It sounds like you have indeed lost more than a handful of your memories.

I imagine that this issue is something that could be affecting us all and we may not be cognizant of it.

Us losing memories would make us ultimately more easier to manipulate, especially to whomever might have facilitated such an unfortunate occurrence.

The possibilities are endless.

But I would at least indicate the likely ones that come immediately to mind:

Making others perform for their entertainment, observation of people's development or reaction to certain stimuli, or to have them essentially act at one's literal beck and call for whatever kind of goal that we are unable to fathom at this time.

Of course, I have nothing to prove either of these would be correct, but as time goes on, we must be prepared to consider every angle.

[ He sees where those eyes go, so he turns to see the direction that Nanashi glances over to. It probably doesn't take an extremely educated guess, because Deto really stands out from the bunch because he's so normal. Also because he seems to be around Nanashi's age. ]
