It's true that programs can only execute their designed tasks. When they operate outside of those, it's due to glitches or errors.

Programs that don't do what they're supposed to need to be fixed or terminated.

But you're human. So you can act beyond whatever parameters you've been assigned. So can all the other humans here.

In the end, Lily and the prophecy are both just programs. The humans here will be able to outmaneuver them, because they don't have the same limitations.
